Do a web search for Gwinnett Medical Center and a www.yellowpages.com search for Nursing Homes in your part of Gwinnett. For home health try Hand in Hand and Legacy Link in Gainesville and check yellow pages for Home Health and call those listed. Then of course there is the GA Dept of Labor http://www.dol.state.ga.us/Access/Service/JobSearch you can do other searches at that same site www.dol.state.ga
