A: I found a site for you http://www.cityrating.com/citytemperature.asp?City=Atlanta it gives the average temp all year round. This one says 44 degrees is Atlanta Feb average. To me that seems to be perhaps a good average taking highest and lowest but it would be more usual for it to be warmer than that tho we have had a couple of whopper ice storms in Feb. Generally tho it is daffodill blooming weather with azaleas starting to bud and bloom by late Feb. Do be prepared for cold nights though.
