Q: Anyone who is practicing real estate in Atlanta, I was wanting a little info about getting into the field and also becoming an apprasier. Interested in taking coursed @ Kennesaw State. Any tips you could add would be of great help.
A: A F is correct. Also, there are so many new homes being built and usually as a buyer you negotiate with the agent representing the builder of the new home. I live in a newer subdivision and there are 5 homes on my street that have been on the market for the past 6 months. No one even comes to look at them. With all the new homes being built, why would someone want one that is 2 years old? So now is not a good time to become an agent. There are thousands of agents in GA and all are out of work right now.
