A: If by cdls you mean commercial driver's license see http://www.dmv.org/ga-georgia/apply-cdl.php It appears that for aregular cdl a felon may not be disqualified but many felonies though probably not all would disqualify someone from a HAZMAT (hazardous materials) endorsement.
