Q: Is buckhead a nice place or is it alot of shootings and bad stuff and is quiet because im planning 2 move there this year.PLz help thannx
A: Its expensive, but there's a lot of places on the market right now. It's Atlanta, so there's shootings wherever you go. Midtown and Atlantic Station have a ton of places and you can live sorta intown. It's plly cheaper than buckhead. Virginia Highlands is also nice, but getting pricey. If you want affordable, East Atlanta is the newest area of growth and to me, would be the only place I could afford a home. If you're renting, just live close to your job/school cuz traffic sucks it. Also, all the bars that the other dude mentioned got bulldozed. Buckhead is primarily a biz district and boutique shops and it's going back to that. It was a big party spot in the 90s, and got crappy after the Ray Lewis stuff.
