If you mean to be looking for women who happened to be born with the wrong parts and who needed medical and surgical correction, then look in all the places where you would find ordinary women. You might end up with an outwardly born female, or a transsexual, but it wouldn't matter since both are fully equivalent, except for being able to have kids. Most guys who claim to be attracted to TSs are really attracted to MtF transgendered males who never get the surgery below, who are often into fetish, and part of the gay community. If you want to meet them, look at transgender meetings, gay bars, and street corners.
