Q: I'm a 24 year old business professional currently living in Orlando, Florida. I'm relocating to Buford, Georgia for work, and I am completely lost on where to live. I'd like to live in an area where there are other young professionals. I like going out and would like to be around some good restaurants and bars. However, I'm not looking to live in the inner circle of Atlanta. I'd prefer to be somewhere closer to Buford. Please help!
A: First thing. Buford is North East not North West of Atlanta. Buford is a pretty small town so expect a small town atmosphere. There is a college (Brenau University ) in Gainesville GA just a few miles north so there might be more activity there for young adults. You're also not too far from John's Creek and Duluth, both upscale residential areas.
