Q: Is it really as bad as they say? I'm moving into Bridge Hollow Point South on Willow Creek off of Oltorf.
A: It depends on what you are used to. And in that area it can really depend on the complex, they vary pretty wildly, there's nice ones and also crappy ones right next door. Personally, I don't think the area is that bad. You probably don't want to be out walking alone at night on Pleasant Valley, but you're not going to get shot or anything. It's possible that your car might get broken into and you might have obnoxious, loud neighbors, but other than that, it should be alright.
