A: Try the veterans affairs officer in your current hometown, they should be able to help you, many of the agents work out of the town halls and are networked to be able to help you. They don't just help with public housing, they are there to serve those that have served us. It may be a little out of their normal responsibilities but they are usually more than willing to help or point you in the right direction
