I've got a job in Framingham MA, where should I live?

Q: Could anyone help me please. I've recently got a job at Framingham MA. The problem is, I dont drive and i've checked that framingham train station is about 5 miles away from my office so I cant even walk. I dont want to live in Framingham. I am 26 and have recently moved here from England. I want to live somewhere where I can go for food, pubs and nightclubs. Is it good to live in Cambridge? or anywhere which has a good night life but not as busy as Boston!! I've also been told that people share a ride to go to work. How does that work? Where can I get more info? Cheers.

A: Cambridge in always an option or Worcester. Both are heavy in the college age populations. If you need to plan a travel route, I would go to: http://www.mbta.com/schedules_and_maps/rail/lines/?route=WORCSTER From the station, take a taxi. Tommy's Taxi is most popular or plan your arrival so a co worker can pick you up on their way to work. Depending on how well you job pays you may even look into Newton or Wellselly but they can run a little on the pricey side. If you want to share a ride you can put an ad on craigs list at http://boston.craigslist.org/rid/ . Good luck.
