A: On the tax-free side of the NH border is Nashua, NH. I looked at a great apartment complex called the Royal Crest Estates: http://www.aimco.com/Communities/Details.aspx?PropertyID=042393 Reasonably priced, good sized apartments, surprising quiet given how close it is to the highway and DW. Walking distance to grocery store. In Lowell they recently opened a ton of new apartments in renovated mill buildings near the river. There were several over by stadium where the Spinners play ( LeLacheur Park ). DO NOT MOVE WITHIN A 4 MILE RADIUS. There are games 3-4 nights a week, until about 11pm, with CRAZY traffic and VERY LOUD music. That's all I got. I love New England. Happy moving.
