Q: I currently live in the UK and hoping to relocate to the Boston are with my wife, I was born in Boston some years ago and I am currently seeking employment there. I am a qualified electrician and do all aspects of construction work. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find good websites to apply for jobs
A: Try http://www.JobsinNH.com for New Hampshire based jobs. They seem to be updated regularly. For higher end jobs, try http://www.Monster.com (try a zip code, our equivelent to your postal code) of 03101, which is Manchester, NH. Or http://www.careerbuilder.com. There is also http://www.newhampshirehelpwanted.com, but I haven't had as much success with them. A great place to look for work is the state. You get good pay and great benefits. Here is the site for NH http://www.nh.gov/hr/employmentlisting.html NH is a great place. I live there. I love it. You can go to the mountains, lakes, and/or beaches in a day trip. You can even go to Boston in a day trip. It is a great area. And there is no sales tax! I think Massachusetts has a wierd income tax or something that NH doesn't, so from what I can tell, you can keep more of your money. You can also commute to Mass, but live in NH. Good luck! Finding a job is a very fustrating process!
