A: I had my ink done at Shaws on Westheimer in Montrose, and love the work they do plus impressed by professionalism of the artists. Old school tattoo shop, and been around forever. I've also heard good things about Electric Chair on Richmond, both for quality of their work and cleanliness/professionalism. Another thing you might do, is check Inkednation.com and do a search of artist in the Houston area. Most artist have galleries that include cover-ups, and their original work.
