Q: I left for the mandatory evacuation and want to get home. Anyone have info on the Nasa Rd 1/El Camino area?
A: It is safe to return home, but most of Webster does not have power. Some places do though. The water has receeded and roads are fine. Most stores aren't open across the city, so buy supplies wherever you are, especially gas and drinking water!
