A: I have had AT&T (previously Cingular) for 10 years and have only had ONE occasion to call customer service in all these years. I'm not one rave about companies that I pay money to, but they do a great job and provide great coverage. The only places I routinely lose service are VERY rural areas and even then not for long. We had a family plan for many years until I was old enough to take on my own plan. I have way more minutes, texts, etc. than I need every month for 49.99.
