Q: Is this a scam they claim I have won a large amount of money?
A: Another user here asked about them, but called it MTA. It sounds like a scam. Here is the BBB report on them: Back To Top According to information in the Bureau's file, the company sends out a "Disbursement Advisory" letter indicating that the receipient has a cash prize award in the amount of $784,799.99. Company's literature indicates that a Department of Treasury Form 1099 will be issued and that consumer's payment for cash prize will arrive within 30 days by bank check. Literature also indicated that for $19.95 the consumer would receive a bonus in the form of a $100 dollar U.S. Treasury Bond. Consumers report that they received no check, no report, nor savings bond.
