I need some help?

Q: I'm looking for a REAL Deli in or around New Orleans. All the ones I've been to (and I've checked many by now) have plain things like oven roasted chicken and cooked ham. Blech. Where I grew up in Canada we had things like Black Forest Ham, Fajita Chicken, and Gypsy Salami. No, I'm not talking places where you can just order a sandwich. Those are just the lazy persons restaurant. I want a place that will slice and package the stuff so I can take it home and make my OWN sandwiches whatever way I want without being charged $8 or $9 for a simple sandwich when I could have enough meat to last me a week. Its driving me nuts. I miss my fajita chicken. Can you help me? John, I could just kiss you. I used to eat ALOT of good deli meats, but they just don't exist much here. THANK YOU.

A: See if a Hen House is in the area or maybe a Price Chopper... God forbid Wal-Mart.. Note: I work in a Hen House Deli position, so I know just about everything we slice now. Black Forest Ham, Tavern Ham, Pastrami Roast Beef, Deluxe Ham, Deluxe Roast Beef, Low Sodium Ham.. Londoport Roast Beef... Virginia Ham.. Smoked Tavern Ham.. Turkeys.. Hmm.. Honey Mesquite, Honey Smoked, Hickory Smoked, Cajin Turkey, Peppermill, Pastrami, and a few others. Chickens.. Ovengold, Blazing Bufflo, Hickory, Lemon Pepper.. Cheeses.. Well, that is too many to name. Then you have all the off brand products that aren't Boar's Head(The name brand shizzle.)
