Q: I'm pretty sure it is Manhattan. There are two rooms, the one you enter has a bar on the right and hair salon chairs on the left. This room is like a hair salon. The room in the back is like a smaller dancing room with benches along two walls and a smaller bar against another wall. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about???
A: You might be thinking of Beauty Bar on 14th Street somewhere near 3rd Avenue. I haven't been there for a long time, but I do remember that it is decorated like an old beauty shop.
