Q: I use the local broadcast antenna in Manhattan to get the customary 10 channels. The antenna came with the apartment and I never signed up for cable or any specific provider. As of recent, 10 days or so, I cannot get CBS, NBC and FOX channels. I get some fluzzy picture but that is all. Who can I call to fix this? I called Time Warner but since I am not their client, they can't help me. I am really annoyed and desperate since no one knows what is suddenly causing this problem. By the way, I have Digital TV, so this shoudl be not linked the analog TV problems that some people are having. Any thoughts? Anyone? Thank you.
A: Reset your equipment, by unplugging the TV and Stereo for 5 minutes disconnect the main cable input and put it back together. if there is a short 5 minutes without AC (unplug) and antenna, should clear it.
