Q: My daughter is in Fort Lauderdale (near Hollywood) and cannot find a low cost phone card to allow her to phone us back here in the US. One that she did buy gave her about 1 minute for $10. Maybe the phone was faulty. I would be grateful for any advice on good cards and where they can be bought.
