Q: Signed contract 6 weeks ago, very unsatisfied and they want $640.00 for me to cancel. Help!
A: Apparently they want you to pay for the remaining amount on your contract. I had the same problem! Mine was thru Verizon. I was out the installation and the 2 months I used, but that did cancel it. Talk with a supervisor, and let them know if this is not cancel without all the extra fees you will report it to the BBB and the Attorney General's office. Stick to it and it should be corrrected.
