Q: My sons grandfather gained access to confidential records from my therapist threw his attorney. He used it to take my son away from me and now I suffer from depression and many many other medical ailments, I need a lawyer who will sue the shit out of all parties involved. There was not one release signed for him, it was only for my attorney in Ocala, then Marion County freely distributed these records to the grandfather. This is illegal, and not only that, they terminated my rights becuase of what i told my therapist in strict confidentiality, it was about this grandfather molesting me and how i was suisidal! So they took my son and placed him with the molester!!! Please someone, help me and my 7 year old. I don't have much money, but i am a hard worker when I can even get out of bed in the morning. I am a good citizen who has a home of her own and pays my bills.
