Q: is it ok to try to find job first over there then later apply for the visa if offered a job?
A: Try to get a job with your country's embassy. Then you get an A or a G visa, no problem. Or you can get a job as a household servant of a diplomat, and get an A visa for that. Or: become a minister of religion (no visa limits) or a journalist ("I" visa, very good). For the rest: you'll need to be an atomic scientist, or a Nobel prize winner, or a rich industrialist.
