A: You don't give the square footage, so I can only 'guess-timate". Keeping the a/c at about 78 degrees, in a 1000 sq ft apartment, including utilities would be AROUND $150-$200. Cable will vary depending on the package you have. It'll be anywhere from around $45 to $75.
