Q:
A: Look in your phone book and call a piano tuner and ask him this question. I had the same question and the piano tuner had a book where you give him the name and serial number of the piano (which is printed somewhere on the piano) and his book told the age of the piano. I had an old upright and it turned out that it was built in 1914 in Chicago. I also remember him giving me a website where I could look it up for myself but I don't remember the website. Also, don't worry to much about the age. My piano tuner claims the more the piano is "broke in" the better it sounds.
