Q: Hi, Im looking for a dog to adopt for free or buy for 100, maybe a little more. I've looked on craigs list, md penny saver, kijiji, zipply and others. Do you know of any othere MD pet classifieds I may find some on? Or where I could go about getting a dog that cheap? (shelters charge 150-200) Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
