Can I get a good tatoo free and where in Baltimore,MD?

Q: I want a good tatoo but I have 7 children so I can't really afford to pay for one. So where can I get one free,I want something that reflact's my 7 children. Like 7 Bird's,5 black, and 2 blue. The black one's for the 5 boy's and the blue one's for the2 girl's.THANKS

A: once i read in a magazine about a girl who got a tattoo at a party from a guy who was doing them. in the end, it turns out the needle was infected, and the star she got on her foot that the guy had messed up and then filled in completely ripped off like a scab. now she has a big star shaped indent in her foot. so the moral of the story is: a free tattoo? if you find one, be careful. sorry i couldnt tell you exactly where to get one.
