Q: I want to help bring in extra money. Can I do this while on social security disability? Won"t working cause me to loose the disability? How much can I make? Are there different laws for different states? I live in Arizona.
A: Every state is different. Chances are, you can work part time just a few hours a week and you will not be allowed to earn very much. You could work under the table, but if you get caught, you'd lose your benefits and even possibly be charged with fraud. See first link for Arizona below.
