Q: i want to know what are you are looking for in the enviornment. as far as "looking happy?" i have costumers complaining that i have an attuide, i dont say anything that would make them think that i just have a natural look about me that looks "mean" i guess. is there anything other than smileing that can lighten the mood?
A: cologne or perfume. it tends to throw off senses,when people smell something good then they dont pay attention to your facial expressions
