A: Empire has certain nights for 18 year olds. And I think tunnel 21 and the library does too. You may call certain clubs that you are interested in or check with the local radio stations. I do not know about clubs for teens who are under 18. Check out saclife.net and sites like that. Post a bulletin on myspace and see if you get any responses.
