how do u live with a terrible teacher?

Q:

A: Well, question. Is one of your parents this terrible teacher? About the only way to "live with a terrible teacher." =) Ok, so maybe that wasn't what you wanted to hear. What grade are you in? I remember when I was in school, if I had a problem with a teacher, which wasn't very often thankfully, my parents would talk one-on-one with the teacher. If that didn't help, then your parents & you need to talk, perhaps, to the principal and see about getting transferred to a different teacher's class. There are pros and cons to this, though. How is this teacher terrible? Does he/she pick on you for no apparent reason? Do they seem to load the class with an unreasonable amount of homework? Do they not permit socializing during class time? You are in school to learn, not socialize. Some teachers seem to love to pile on the homework over a weekend, especially. Never did figure that one out. Maybe this is their way of challenging his/her students to push themselves, to do better, be better...to challenge their brains. Something else to remember. IF you manage to transfer into a different teacher's class, what's to say the next one won't be terrible, too? One other option that doesn't require parental intervention or transferring and that would be to attend class regularly, do your homework and mind your p's and q's. Plus, in approximately 7 or 8 months, you'll get out of school and hopefully, away from the "terrible teacher."
