Im a mortgage lender and it burns me (no pun intended) when I hear people complain about the service they get or that consumers "got burned' by their lender. Call the Dept of Real Estate and find out what you can do to feel whole again, instead of feeling like you got taken advantage of. Payback is a b*tch! thats why I treat my clients well - how else is one going to get a referral.
