Q: mailed some electronics from chicago to Ca.purchesed insurance on the items.i recived them damaged but can not find my recipt they took my money ,damaged my merchendise ,they are denying my claim becuse i lost my half the recipt.the other half clearly shows me as the sender the amount purchesd date and location . and they are still refussing to take care of this claim.oh yea they dont give you a policy for your insurance you purchase at any time.

A: Try the better business bureau. How did you pay? money order or Cash=screwed credit card= call card company and dispute the bill, you didn't get what you paid for check=what did you put in the memo line on the check. Is it the insurance is denying it? or the company you bought the items from ?? If it is the insurance company ask the company you bought the stuff from for a duplicate receipt.
