Q: i supervise for a mobile home complex the people i hire seem to start out really good but after a little while they quit working so well
A: I would guess that it's boredom. I love my work when it's busy, but the less work I have to do, the less I want to do it, and the day just seems to drag on. I don't know what the work entails, but if this sounds like the problem, you might try cutting back the staff, or cutting their hours. They might be more productive if they had more to do and less time to do it in. It's just a thought...I don't want to mess up your business, though.
