Q: what can he do if hegets mad and wants the van back but i paid the down payment and have been masking all the payments he hasnt worked one day in the six months weve been in bus.nor has he brought in any work!i took him off the bank account becaue he was making fake checks and cashing them! (not out of our account)but i didnt want anything to do with that !what are my rights on the van and what can i do!please help me!
A: My friend and her bf had a bus and argument after argument. They owned it together. After they stopped at a grocery store and he went in to buy things, she took off and hid it on a friend's property.....After 2 years, he gave up trying to find her and went on with his life. The bus was hers because she kept making all the payments and paid registrations.....hint, hint.
