Q: My roof is not leaking it is not condensation. The only thing anyone can guess is the house is settleing or it was a bad tape and tucture job. It is on the outside walls in 2 corners of my living room, in 2 closets, I have 3 closets in the 2 they are outside walls. Let me know please what is causing this if you can. I would like to know before I have the walls repaired.
A: i would guess some kind of moisture in the walls that you are not aware of. happened to a friend of mine, where water was getting into the walls due to rain, and they simply didn't know about it. also, depending on the age of the house...maybe it's simply due to age and a bad job like you said.
