Q: Cities in receivership, etc?
A: It's more widespread than just California, but since we're such a large economy we're feeling the pinch more intensly. The other problem is that people who pay taxes pay far too much, while others pay none. It drives taxpayers out, leaving less income for more services provided by our state.
