Q: I am interested in doing this in my area but do not know how to go about it, also I would like to know how a person goes about getting bonded, what companies do this, what department, how much it costs for a personal bond, any information I can find on this will be helpful, or ideas similar to this, that I may not have mentioned here, help, I just want to work for myself if possible, so I can pick and choose my clients, and my hours.
A: There are plenty of people and agencies who do that and if you have a computer you can find a lot of them on line,and also in your local newspaper as well. As for getting bonded that depends on the company and the type of work they do you would have to check with the company to see if they do bonding and the cost because all companies vary on that and some do not do it at all that you will have to research to find out. Armored companies that deal with huge amounts of money now you have to be bonded and have a back ground and finger print check done on you as well that is one example. I wish you the best in your endeavors in looking for this type of work but house and pet sitting jobs are out there in practically every state you just have to fine them and a computer and the local paper in your area should be your best source.
