Q: When checking out, how would you like your cashier to handle your service at HEB? What would you consider a great shopping experience at HEB? What is your best customer service experience at HEB?
A: I have always had a good shopping experience at the HEB that I go to (Culebra & 1604). There is always enough cashiers open and everyone is always been nice and helpful. There has been other HEBs where service was not too good. The cashiers looked like they would want to be anywhere else but helping you, and I had to wait in line quite some time before I got out of the store. I guess it just depends on where the HEB is located.
