A: Most places are pretty reasonable about this. It all depends on the position being applied for and the nature of the incident. Obviously a financial institution isnt going to hire someone with a fraud conviction etc etc. For work at a warehouse they might frown on violent crimes or weapons related crimes. Disclose it in full detail on your application, along with any explanation.
