Q: I have been so busy I forgot to get my ring inspected at zales in Feb. I never have forgot before and I know the sales people at the store that I go to I have had this ring for a long time to. Any thoughts on this? I took it on the 1st of march and they inspected and signed for feb with no issue!!
A: if your inspection was due in february, since march just began, and you've been going there for so long, in the interest of customer service they will probably still help you if you take it soon.
