Q: I am looking for a very cheap place to rent in san antonio. A motel type setting would be best because my credit/rental history isnt very good. Im on a very limited budget about 550 per month I know that's small but it's what I have to work with. Does anyone know of anything in that range? Thanks.
A: The best places in San Antonio I find are out in the medical center area. Not sure of one off the top of my head, but I used to work in the hotel's and this might help you out. Once you have been at a hotel for 30 days plus you are entitled to your taxes back and no-longer need to pay taxes because your room is your place of residence. That will help out with your rent too. Hopefully that might help you. My friend stayed at a InTown Suites. I am not sure what she thought but she stayed there for over a week. Maybe that is a good place. I just wanted you to know about the taxes .. because that's a lot of money you will be saving.
