Q: I have a repetative motion injury I have been fighting with the work comp insurance company over for the last 18 months. Probably the best thing you can do would be to investigate them by the content on their website. Look at years of experience, cases won etc. You are right about the yellow pages. Do your due diligence prior to hiring a lawyer. Also, make sure they specialize in Workers comp cases. Good luck
