Q: I am thinking about moving there at the end of the year with a friend. We are both from Maine, lived in FL before.... We have a few friends out there. Since neither one of us are engaged, married, or have kids... Now is a better time than any right?? Any pointers on getting started out there, or +/-'s?? Thank you!
A: Hi, San Diego is just a great city. I been to about 7 different states in the US and non of them have a city like San Diego. San Diego county has many areas, so you get to pick were you stay, thers the bad, the regula the good and the super nice area. In my opinion La Jolla,Poway,Rancho Bernardo,East Lake and Carlsbad are very good areas but the housinc cost might be in the 600,000 to 2,000,000 dollars. I think the cheapest areas go for 300,000 on aprice for a house. SD has many places to visit, lots of things to do and off corse the mexican border is real close, down in Baja California Mexico there are plenty of thing todo too. Do a very good research on the web and get a better idea. Good Luck....
