Q: Does anyone know what happened to the vintage costume/clothing store, The Buff, in Pacific Beach? I was in PB last night (7/9/07) looking for a costume for an upcoming 80's party, and it wasn't there anymore. For as long as I can remember, it's been a PB staple. Did it close down? If so, did it move somewhere? Let me know - thanks!!!
