Q: Due to the nature of this business there are down times but with so many companies going down after the Sub-Prime problems and being in a position of Management or Supervisor I find myself out of a job when business goes down. Would like to find something here in San Diego Mission Valley area if possible. Have over 13 years in the Post Closing/Loan Shipping Dept. I'm not looking for Management or Supervisor position per say, just a job in my field would be great.
A: What about starting a homebased business that you could work part-time when the mortgage business is up and fulltime when business goes down.
