Q: what can I do if someone has forwarded my mail to their home even if I am still living at address?
A: Does 'this person' have the same last name as you? If so they may have mistakenly or otherwise put in a change of address card with the Post Office and marked the FAMILY box instead of INDIVIDUAL. When the Post Office recieves a change of address order they mail a verification letter to the old address. The purpose of this is to prevent someone from stealing your identity with false COAs. (Change of Address). Call 1 800 ASK USPS, and tell them the situation. They will probably put you in touch with your local delivery unit. They will stop the forward very quickly, and investigate the matter. Great question.
