A: Obviously you might start with some online searches for storage (or self storage) in your area. I actually live nearby you in La Mesa. I've also used a local storage company called Big Box Storage (site is http://www.bigbox.com ) and found them to be a bargain. They'll deliver the storage unit to you for free and their rent is less than what you'd pay at a regular self storage place. If you're not interested in the portable storage route, then I'd also suggest Old Town Self Storage - not sure of their storage pricing, but my husband and I store our RV there.
