A: I would suggest some of the markets on or near Convoy St. in the Kearney Mesa area, south of Clairemont Mesa Blvd. There are a few markets and a lot of Asian restaurants in the area. You'll find the Nijiya Market, Zion Market, 99 Ranch Stores, Mitsuwa (near the Staples and CompUSA along the 163 freeway south of Balboa), just to name a few.
