Q: I was out on my boat a few weeks ago for the first time in the South end of San Diego Bay. I noticed a large structure that looks like a recreation hall for rent or somthing to that effect. There were no ownership signs just one that said keep off. In the windows there are chairs stacked up and a large open boat tied up next to a dock on the North side of the structure. Im wondering if anyone knows what it is and who owns it, and if they rent it out. Thanks
A: If it's the one I'm thinking of, it belongs to the boy scouts and they hold Jamborees etc. there. To the north end of IB just before the military stuff.
